After 25 years as a senior partner in one of the largest law firms in Bristol County, Massachusetts, I opened my own solo law practice in 2002. - I have been a designated Court Master, judging cases in Massachusetts Probate Court, and have served as a Guardian ad Litem.
- I have been Qualified as an Expert Witness in real estate and fee testimony areas of law, and can testify on such matters in Massachusetts Superior, District and Probate Courts.
- I am a certified and experienced divorce mediator in Massachusetts.
- I have served as legal counsel to the Retirement Board of Fall River, the Community Development Service Center, and other entities.
- I have been extensively involved in Juvenile Court litigation in cases involving Care & Protection (C&P) and Children In Need of Services (CHINS) matters.
